UK Coronavirus Pandemic WARNING! Prepare for Covid-19 Outbreaks Now! Sheffield! Don't Ignore! / Sheffield Local News

Sheffield Britains fifth largest city like the rest of Britain's big cities is in the calm before the Coronavirus storm stage. Where barely a couple of weeks from now everything isa likely to change when Corona viral outbreaks start taking place across the UK. Because unfortunately the NHS is barely able to cope with the regular winter flu let alone a strain that is 100 times as deadly so the NHS will soon be overwhelmed with seriously ill patients requiring intensive care, and it won't take more than a dozen such patients to tip the healthcare systems in each of Britain's big cities such as Sheffield, unable to cope with even small volumes of Coronavirus ill where the only response to 111 calls will be for patients to self quarantine themselves at home as hospitals become hotbeds for the transmission of the virus, so places definitely to steer clear of to avoid becoming infected.

Warning Coronavirus Being Spread by Chinese Students, Halt China Flights NOW! / Sheffield Local News

The primary conduit for the spread of the Coronavirus outside of China are Chinese people (mostly students) who traveled out of China during the past few weeks, including several tens of thousands from the Wuhan epicentre of the outbreak. So it should not come as much of a surprise that the first declared infection in the UK is from a Chinese student at York University who has sent authorities scrambling to investigate all contacts that the student had as potential sources for further outbreaks of this deadly coronavirus.

Warning China Coronavirus Infections Spread vs Forecast Pandemic Update / Sheffield Local News

The Coronavirus continues it's exponential spread across China, this despite Chinese state propaganda peddling a line of measures taken especially earlier in the month having limited the spread of the virus that is not being born out by data released that on a daily basis shows the spread is exponential to across the whole of China and likely neighbouring nations.

My analysis and concluding forecast of 28th January based on data up until the 27th of January utilised trend analysis to forecast that the Coronavirus could infect over 1 million people by the end of February 2020, which given the apparent fatality rate of 3.5% at the time converted into an death toll of at least 35,000. Which if it transpired would be far worse than the 2002-2003 SARS pandemic that infected 8,098 over 8 months resulting in 774 deaths, and thus the Coronavirus would have significant economic and market consequences.

WARNING CoronaVirus Pandemic 2020, Deaths Forecast and Economic Consequences / Sheffield Local News

One of the worst places for a pandemic to begin is from within a totalitarian state as local party minions tend to be too scared to pass bad news up the chain of command, and obediently wait on orders from leaders residing many hundreds of miles away, by which time it's too late where virus's are concerned, and so it has been with the Corona virus outbreak in China. Don't be fooled by Chinese state propaganda of panic building of hospitals, chinese communist party bureaucracy ensures that it is already too late! The Corona virus has spread throughout China!

I am sure you have all seen news footage of deserted Wuhan streets. Though none of the news reporters appear to have put 2 and 2 together and worked out the reason why the streets are empty is because most of the people living there have already FLED the city, taking their Corona virus infections with them! TOO LATE, OUT OF CONTROL!

Police Arrest Sheffield Tree Protester on Meersbrook Park Road. The Star Reports Officer Injury / Sheffield Local News

The Sheffield city council and it's contractor Amey remain determined to fell Sheffield's biggest trees apparently because the councilors signed a contract that contained a clause that x number of trees would be felled by y date, and so virtually every working day sees hundreds of Sheffielders out on the streets attempting to defend Sheffield's remaining big trees after near 6,000 have already been felled to date with tens of thousand of people supporting the campaign across several facebook groups.

Today saw witness to the Police arresting a tree protestor on Meersbrook Park Road for allegedly obstructing the highway.

However. that is not the whole story for the mainstream media "The Sheffield Star" is painting a picture of the police officer(s) being subjected to an angry mob and being assaulted and injured!

"A man has been arrested today for allegedly attacking a police officer during a protest over tree felling on a Sheffield street."

"Tempers reportedly flared between a group of protesters and police in Meersbrook Park Road, Meersbrook, at 12.20pm."

"The officer suffered minor injuries during the incident which did not require hospital treatment."

However, this does not match video evidence of what actually happened and its aftermath. For one thing the protestors were out numbered by the HiViz Amey Security who appeared itching to intervene, i.e. kept prompting the police officers so that they could be allowed to more forcible intervene.

Also the police officer was clearly NOT injured by any stretch of the imagination and therefore the Sheffield Star in my opinion is reporting FAKE NEWS. Anyway you can watch the video and make up your own minds on whether or not the Police officer was injured as The Star reports.

And here are a few stills from the video:

Sheffield Housing Market House Prices Forecast 2014 / Sheffield Local News

Whilst average UK house prices are rising at an annual rate of 4%, London on the other hand is trundling along at near 10% per annum, homing in on their 2007 highs, meanwhile areas such as Yorkshire and Humberside are lagging behind the national trend with average house prices rising at an annual rate of just 3% and where Sheffield, Y&H's largest city has been seized upon by both politicians and the mainstream press to make the point that house prices are only booming in London whilst cities such as Sheffield are assumed to be continuing to stagnate.

Heavy Traffic Means Slow Start for Sheffield Eid Festival at Millhouses Park / Sheffield Local News

A couple of hours into the Eid festival for 2013 and clearly the number of attendees are far fewer than expected.

The reason is a traffic jam all along abbeydale road that has more than quadrupled the journey time, that is worsened by many drivers trying to find a place to park on a saturday afternoon when most residents are at home.

Sheffield City Council Bins Collection Cuts / Sheffield Local News

Sheffield City Council bureaucrats baldrick-esk cunning plan of last year to cut costs by cutting black bin waste collections by 50% has abysmally failed in every respect as official figures reveal no spending is expected to be cut for 2013-14, and the final actual amount expended is likely to INCREASE, whilst at the same time cutting waste collections by 50% is resulting in many households being left with growing mountains of uncollected waste.

Shaun Wright Labour South Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner Candidate Election Results / Sheffield Local News

The election results for the Labour postal ballot for candidate for South Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner came in.

As expected it was a close race between the two front runners, Kashaf Walayat and Shaun Wright going all the way to voter third preferences of each candidate that was knocked out. Therefore greatly influenced by the leaflets sent out to Labour party members.

The three losing candidates Med Hughes, Kash Walayat and Alan Billings all took part in an gentlemanly and fairly played election. However the same cannot be said for the Shaun Wright who crossed the line several times by sending out leaflets that implied official endorsements that were not given such as from MP's, constituencies and Unions, as an example the GMB had NOT officially endorsed Shaun Wright as his leaflets implied but another candidate. How many Labour voters were influenced by such instances of implied endorsements ? 10%? 15%?, enough to have effected the outcome!

So, I guess the person who played the dirtiest ultimately won, though this election was supposedly for the cleaner than clean post of Police and Crime Commissioner.

At the end of the day, the PPC elections show how incompetent the coalition government is as Conservatives claiming to be the party of Law and Order have effectively handed over control of most of England and Wales Police Forces to the Labour Party.

South Yorkshire Police & Crime Commissioner Labour Postal Ballot Election Vote Results / Sheffield Local News

The postal ballot for the election to select the Labour candidate for South Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner public vote to be held on 15th November 2012 ended at mid-day Friday 15th June.

Four candidates stood, however it is expected that it will be a very close run vote primarily between Kashaf Walayat and Shaun Wright, whom I forecast to each attain approx 1/3rd of the vote, thereby falling short of the 50% needed to win on the first ballot, therefore the second and possibly even the third preferences of candidates falling out of the election will decide the outcome of this election.

The results are expected by Monday afternoon, 18th June 2012.

South Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner Labour Election / Sheffield Local News

My name is Kashaf Walayat, and I am seeking your nomination as the Labour
candidate for South Yorkshire Police Crime Commissioner.
As Police and Crime Commissioner, I will increase visible policing in our neighbourhoods as
one of my top priorities. I will ensure the necessary structures are put in place to enable local
people and communities to have their say of how policing is delivered. I will implement
strategies that will create safer neighbourhoods, reduce crime and ensure all communities are
treated fairly. I will address anti-social behaviour and reoffending head on.
I will challenge and scrutinise the use of outsourcing and privatisation of police services
because I believe our Police Force should remain a public service delivered by public
service employees.

Your Labour South Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner / Sheffield Local News

Dear colleague,

Just a quick email to say I share your vision that: “We all deserve to feel safe and secure everyday of our lives without fear of crime.”

This is the greatest opportunity to achieve change in our policing.  I want to be the person that guarantees these changes will make our area a safer better place to live for everyone.

I  believe I would be the best choice to serve you as Police Crime Commissioner for the following reasons;

·         Proposed original, affordable and realistically costed solutions that will deliver the priorities.

·         Over 25 years collective senior level experience operating in the Labour Party, health, NHS, housing, policing, education, local and central government.

·         A former senior civil servant having had direct management of multi-million pound budgets.

·         Successfully challenged the outsourcing of the South Yorkshire Police Helicopter.

·         Identified funds from existing budgets to increase police officers in our neighbourhoods.

·         Resigned from a secure senior management position to devote all my time to delivering effective affordable policing for the future.

·         Born, lived and educated in South Yorkshire and worked extensively across South Yorkshire.

·         Ran this campaign with party workers and members, but not funded by Trade Union colleagues even though endorsed by Union members from GMB, UNITE, UNISON and NACODS.

As your Police Crime Commissioner, working with you, my top priorities will be to:

·         Deliver affordable effective policing plans and priorities.

·         Reduce and prevent crime and the fear of crime.

·         Improve police response times and maximise the effectiveness of existing resources and technologies.

·         Increase visible neighbourhood policing and address anti-social behaviour.

·         Engage with public, partners, Labour Party members and all four local councils to connect with all communities and victims of crime.

I hope you will consider voting for me as your first choice to be your Labour Party Police Crime Commissioner.

Many thanks for your time.

Kind Regards

Kashaf Walayat OBE
